I have always been interested in food and I had reason to. My family in South of France resided at Chateau Sainte Quote du Razes and literally run a food and drink industry in which most products were produced by them with exception of cocoa, coffee, sugar, tobacco and similar. From early age I was sent there during my summer holidays where I gladly milked cows, picked grapes and went to the woods in search of oyster mushrooms for our next meal. Later on I had also worked in restaurants and bakeries in my student days and some more professional scenarios to in order to keep on paying bills.
I have always fancied becoming some sort of advance foodie and write some culinary books and essays. I have travelled extensively in order to collect and learn about food and gastronomy and I have taken shots of my favorite meals and contextual images to match with.
